Content Settings

Overview

Content Settings manages the text content that appears throughout your store, including information pages and footer content. All fields in this section support multiple languages.

Accessing Content Settings

Navigate to: Settings > Content from the sidebar menu

About & Contact

About Us Required

  • Type: Multi-line text area
  • Rows: 4 lines
  • Translatable: Yes - provide in each language
  • Purpose: Information about your business

Where It Appears:

  • About Us page
  • Footer links (if configured)
  • Mobile app About section

What to Include:

  • Your business mission
  • What you sell
  • What makes you different
  • Brief company history

Example:

We are a family-owned electronics store serving customers since 1995.
Our mission is to provide the latest technology at competitive prices
with expert advice and outstanding customer service.

Contact Us Required

  • Type: Multi-line text area
  • Rows: 4 lines
  • Translatable: Yes - provide in each language
  • Purpose: How customers can reach you

Where It Appears:

  • Contact Us page
  • Footer sections
  • Mobile app Contact section

What to Include:

  • Email addresses
  • Phone numbers
  • Physical address
  • Business hours
  • Support information

Business Hours: Sun-Thu: 9 AM - 9 PM, Fri-Sat: Closed

Footer Content

  • Type: Rich text editor
  • Translatable: Yes
  • Purpose: Copyright notice in website footer
  • Toolbar: Bold, Italic, Link, Undo, Redo

Best Practices:

  • Update year annually
  • Include copyright symbol (©)
  • Add company name
  • Optional: Link to Terms/Privacy pages

  • Type: Rich text editor
  • Default: Powered by <a href="https://trinavo.com" target="_blank">Trinavo</a>

  • Purpose: Attribution text in footer

Options:

  • Leave as default to credit the platform
  • Customize with your developer/agency attribution
  • Leave empty to hide this block entirely

Multi-Language Content

All content fields support multiple languages:

  1. Use the Locale dropdown at the top of the page
  2. Switch to the desired language (e.g., Arabic)
  3. Enter the translated content
  4. Save changes
  5. Repeat for other languages

Important: Make sure to provide content in all languages your store supports. Empty fields will fall back to the default language.

Saving Changes

Click the Save button at the bottom of the page to apply your changes. Changes take effect immediately on the storefront.
