Purpose

Create and manage static pages for your store (About Us, Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, FAQ, etc.). Build custom HTML content pages accessible from your website.

Accessing Pages

Navigate to: Marketing & Content > Pages from the sidebar

List View

Pages List

The list displays all static pages created for your store.

Table Columns

Name

  • Format: Text
  • Purpose: Page display name (shown as heading)
  • Format: URL slug
  • Purpose: URL path for accessing this page (e.g., /about-us, /privacy-policy)

Created At / Updated At

  • Format: Timestamp (toggleable)
  • Purpose: When page was created/last modified

Row Actions

  • Edit: Modify page content
  • Delete: Remove page

Bulk Actions

  • Delete: Remove multiple pages
  • Export: Export page data to Excel/CSV

Creating a Page

Create Page

Click "New Page" to create a new static page.

Form Fields

Name Required

  • Type: Text input (max 250 characters)
  • Purpose: Page title/heading
  • Translatable: Yes - provide in each language
  • Examples: "About Us", "Terms & Conditions", "Frequently Asked Questions"
  • Type: Text input (max 250 characters, unique)
  • Purpose: URL-friendly slug for page access
  • Format: Lowercase letters, numbers, hyphens
  • Translatable: Yes - provide in each language
  • Examples:
  • "about-us" → /about-us
  • "privacy-policy" → /privacy-policy
  • "terms-conditions" → /terms-conditions
  • "faq" → /faq

Content Required

  • Type: Rich HTML Editor (full-width)
  • Purpose: Complete page content
  • Formatting: Supports headings, bold, italic, lists, links, images, tables, etc.
  • Translatable: Yes - provide content in each language
  • Examples of Content:
  • About Us page describing company history
  • Terms & Conditions legal text
  • Privacy Policy data collection details
  • FAQ with questions and answers
  • Contact information and policies

Create Actions

  • Create: Save and return to list
  • Create & Create Another: Save and open blank form
  • Cancel: Discard changes

Editing a Page

Click the Edit icon to modify page content:

  • Page title
  • URL permalink
  • Rich HTML content
  • Translations in other languages

Page Translation Support

Pages support multiple languages:

  1. Edit the page
  2. Use the Locale dropdown (top right)
  3. Switch between languages
  4. Update name, permalink, and content for each language

Note: Each language can have different content and even different URLs (permalinks)

  • Headings (H1, H2, H3, etc.)

  • Lists (ordered and unordered)

Page Display

Pages are typically:

  • Linked from footer menus
  • Accessible via Frontend Menus
  • Used for important store information
  • Ranked by search engines for SEO

Key Information

  • Static Content: Pages don't change automatically (you update manually)
  • Unique Permalinks: Each permalink must be unique and URL-friendly
  • Rich HTML: Full support for formatted content and media
  • Multi-Language: Translate pages for each language
  • SEO-Friendly: Permalinks become part of page URLs
  • Manual Navigation: Link pages in menus to make them discoverable
  • Default Sort: Most recently created pages appear first
  • No Deletion: Delete carefully as pages may be linked from external sites
