Social Media Links

Purpose

Configure social media profile links to display on your storefront. Add social media presence with branded icons for customer follow/share options.

Navigate to: Marketing & Content > Social Media Links from the sidebar

List View

Social Media Links List

The list displays all social media profiles configured for your store.

Table Columns

Name

  • Format: Text
  • Purpose: Social media platform name (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)

Image

  • Format: Image thumbnail
  • Purpose: Custom image/logo for this social platform

Icon

  • Format: Text
  • Purpose: Icon identifier for this platform
  • Format: URL
  • Purpose: Full URL to your social media profile

Order

  • Format: Number
  • Purpose: Display sequence on storefront (lower numbers appear first)

Enabled

  • Format: Icon toggle (checkmark = enabled, X = disabled)
  • Purpose: Whether this social link displays on store

Row Actions

  • Edit: Modify social media profile
  • Delete: Remove social media link

Bulk Actions

  • Delete: Remove multiple social links
  • Export: Export social media links to Excel/CSV

Create Social Media Link

Click "New Social Media Link" to add a new social media profile.

Form Fields

Platform Required

  • Type: Searchable dropdown (reactive)
  • Purpose: Select social platform
  • Options: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.
  • Auto-populate: Icon field auto-fills based on selected platform

Image Optional

  • Type: File upload (image validation)
  • Purpose: Custom image/logo for this platform (overrides default icon)
  • Formats: jpg, png, gif, etc.
  • Note: Upload custom logo if you want custom branding

Icon Optional

  • Type: Text input (max 50 characters)
  • Purpose: Icon identifier/code
  • Auto-populated: Based on selected platform
  • Note: Typically icon name from icon library

Sort / Order Required

  • Type: Number input (default 0)
  • Purpose: Display position on storefront
  • Lower numbers appear first

Enabled Optional

  • Type: Toggle switch (On/Off)
  • Default: On (enabled)
  • Purpose: Show/hide this social link on store
  • Inline Toggle: Click eye/eye-slash icon to toggle instantly

Create Actions

  • Create: Save and return to list
  • Create & Create Another: Save and open blank form
  • Cancel: Discard changes

Click the Edit icon to modify social media profile settings:

  • Platform
  • Custom image/icon
  • Profile URL
  • Display order
  • Enabled/disabled status

Inline Toggle

Click the enabled/disabled icon directly in the list to toggle visibility without opening edit page.

Key Information

  • Display Order: Control which platforms appear first on storefront
  • Custom Images: Upload custom logos or use platform defaults
  • Visibility Control: Toggle social links on/off without deleting
  • Icon Management: Auto-populated but customizable
  • Storefront Integration: Links typically displayed in footer or social section
  • Brand Consistency: Customize appearance with custom images
  • Multiple Platforms: Add links to all your active social profiles
