Reviews¶
Manage customer product reviews and ratings. Moderate reviews for quality, relevance, and adherence to community standards.
Overview¶
Reviews section allows you to:
- View customer feedback and ratings
- Moderate reviews (approve/reject)
- Manage review visibility
- Track product reputation
- Respond to customer feedback
Accessing Reviews¶
Navigate to User Management > Reviews from the sidebar.

Understanding Reviews¶
Review Components¶
- Product: Item being reviewed
- Customer: User who left the review
- Rating: Star rating (typically 1-5)
- Title: Review headline
- Comment: Detailed review text
- Status: Approved, Pending, or Rejected
- Date: When review was submitted
Managing Reviews¶
Viewing Reviews¶
List shows:
- Product name and image
- Customer name
- Star rating
- Review snippet
- Publication status
Approving Reviews¶
- Click Approve button
- Review becomes visible to customers
- Helps build product reputation
Rejecting Reviews¶
- Click Reject button
- Review hidden from public view
- Use for inappropriate content
Editing Reviews¶
- Click Edit
- Modify text if needed (fix typos, etc.)
- Save changes
Deleting Reviews¶
- Click Delete
- Confirm action
- Review permanently removed

- Filter by rating (1-5 stars)
- Filter by status (Approved, Pending, Rejected)
- Search by product or customer name
- Sort by date

Troubleshooting¶
Q: Can customers edit their reviews? A: Usually through customer account; you can also edit here.
Q: What if review contains false info? A: You can edit it or ask customer to revise.
Q: How do I prevent review spam? A: Use moderation, approval workflows, and CAPTCHA.
Q: Should I delete negative reviews? A: No, keep legitimate ones; only remove inappropriate content.
